Customers from Saudi Arabia and Bangladesh Visit EDL
Two overseas customers visited our Guangzhou office and Foshan assembly factory to discuss kitchen equipment casters, polyurethane wheel upgrades, and application-specific caster solutions.

Different Customers, Different Requirements
Although the two customers came from different countries and served different markets, they shared the same goal: finding more reliable wheel and caster solutions for real application problems.
Commercial Kitchen Solution
The Saudi customer focuses on kitchen and catering equipment, where heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and long-term stability are important.
Polyurethane Wheel Upgrade
The Bangladesh customer wanted to improve several transmission wheels that had suffered from bonding failure during actual use.
Application-Based Support
Instead of simply recommending models, EDL analyzed each customer's working conditions and provided targeted product suggestions.

A Factory That Reflects Its Standards
After the initial meeting at our Guangzhou office, we accompanied the customers to visit our Foshan assembly factory.
The Foshan facility mainly handles bracket and wheel assembly, and also produces part of our M series equipment casters.
During the tour, customers learned about the assembly process from components to finished casters, including how brackets, wheels, and complete caster units are prepared and inspected.
5S Management on Site
The factory follows 5S management standards. Finished products, semi-finished products, inspection areas, defective product areas, and shipping areas are clearly separated. Even forklifts have a designated parking area.
These details helped customers see not only our products, but also the production discipline and quality standards behind them.

Built for Commercial Kitchen Environments
For the Saudi customer, we focused on high temperature casters and 304 stainless steel casters.
Kitchen equipment often works under demanding conditions, including heat, steam, moisture, oil, and frequent cleaning.
In these environments, ordinary casters may face rust, corrosion, or performance decline after long-term use.
We recommended stainless steel casters for better corrosion resistance and easier cleaning, and high temperature casters for ovens, proofing equipment, and other high-heat applications.
After checking the product structure, bracket workmanship, and surface finish, the customer showed strong interest in our stainless steel casters and highly recognized the product quality.

Finding the Root Cause Behind Wheel Failure
The Bangladesh customer came with existing wheel samples and wanted to find a more reliable alternative.
According to the customer, the transmission wheels they had been using often suffered from debonding between the wheel core and the tread after a short period of operation.
This problem affected equipment operation and increased maintenance cost and downtime risk.
A New Material and Structure Proposal
After reviewing the samples and understanding the working conditions, we found that both material selection and wheel core structure could be improved.
Our new proposal uses a higher-quality polyurethane material and an optimized wheel core structure, helping the wheel core and tread bond more firmly and reducing the risk of debonding.

From Product Evaluation to Future Cooperation
After the technical discussion, we also guided the customers through our product display area.
The display area includes industrial casters, equipment casters, stainless steel casters, high temperature casters, and polyurethane coated wheels.
Through real product comparison, customers could better understand the structural differences and suitable applications of different caster series.
The Bangladesh customer was especially satisfied with our polyurethane coated wheels and purchased several samples on site for further testing.
For both sides, sample testing is not only a product verification process, but also an important step toward future cooperation.
